Then an additional 2x speed up and finally upscaling to 4K.
Used Sony Vegas to upscale both.

Found out upscaling fps on 14 does not work - those are duplicated (14 on laptop & 15 on desktop)
Out on a holiday and just got me a sport mode flight over 6,000ft out capturing corn fields.
Went to upscale 60fps and saw it was dupe frames.
