flew my drone then suddenly notice a plane appeared in a low altitude circling around my flying zone for few mins

for the first time i have flown my dji spark, i live in toronto and the area where i have flown that's not a no fly zone.

as far i know drone's flying altitude limit in canada 90 metres. but by mistake i was in 92 metres. after flying 12 mins, i was about to land my drone then suddenly i notice a plane appeared and circling around my flying zone in low altitude for few mins then gone. so i am lil bit scared. can they track dji spark in sky ?? any problem i might face??

They would need precision calibrated equipment to document 2 meters. I can't imagine that investigation will ever happen.

First, GA planes must keep over 500 feet.
Second, as a private pilot for 40 years, I don't think
that any responsible airman will chase a drone at
low altitude risking collision/crash.
We already have enough risk with growing number
of birds on our path, no need to run after trouble.

I think, (I have never done this) that you can set your own maximum height in the Spark Go4 app. It is set at 120 meters as a default, but I believe it can be changed to a lower altitude. It could save you worrying in the future.
