I can't get my spark to connect to assistant 2 to download flight logs any ideas?

The flight logs are in your device (phone).
Find the file folder manager, look for DJI and then DJIFlightRecords.

Try itunes if you have an iphone.
Connect your phone to your PC or Laptop (with itunes installed)
After itunes loads, plug your phone into a usb port.
Click on the iphone (your phone) icon at top of screen area,
(It may take some time for your phone to show up onscreen)
You will find the logs in "Shared Files" under DJI Go 4 app.
When you select the file(s) you want to download, you probably
will have to scroll down to the bottom of the screen to see “SAVE”.
