The windmill, it was possibly used originally to grind local grains, and now possibly to irrigate the tulip fields ?
(I think they are tulips, could be daffodils, or a mix of these and others ?)
I visited our little island state of Tasmania a month or two ago, and a place on the north coast called Table Cape, where there is a large tulip farm operation.
Unfortunately we were almost at the total opposite side of the flower season, so missed out on trying a capture of their multi coloured fields.
