Don’t use it much...but for Litchi missions that are mostly in one direction it’s nice to be able to rest arms some.....

Get a lawn chair and relax the legs too. ?
You are a bad influence Mr. 317. Lawn chair leads to a beverage cooler.....leads to it “seemed“ like a good idea to take 50 inch tv outside and watching the flight cast onto it.?

Seriously this was my first Tap Fly experience. Once at altitude and with the on display speed slider at about 6 mph. I coulda walked away...of course if there had been a crash my neighbors cows might have filed a complaint with the FAA.

Disclaimer No barnyard animals were harmed in the below flight.

This is a smaller tripod that I can put a Manfrotto ball swivel grip on.

Those 6 pack battery days are fun....but the next day getting over.....I mean recharging is rough ?

I keep another three back for the next day sunrise.

Might as well start where it ended.

Hair of the dog. ?

I think it may be a sign of addiction when you wake up at night and put another battery on charge 2 to 3 times a night :)

Man this Corona and Civil unrest can make me crazy.

I like this idea but how do you secure it all to the tripod screw? I've got a Monopod with feet that would be ideal.

good question ! In all honesty mounting a controller to a tripod has been something that has been a work in progress for me. Trial and error has led to lessons learned. Things that work better than others....some things just didn’t work in the real world.

Oops hit wrong button ? I am not with my equipment now but look at the first image in the thread. I will get better pics when I return home.
