where can i find the tracking files .
and how do i open T H M fles and what's on them .

Not really sure what you mean but if you want to see the flight log, go HERE for instruction where to get the flight log file and you can also visualize it on that site.
In the Go4 app there is also a similar function to view your flights on a map.
