Hi guys,

I crashed my Spark yesterday and broke 2 props. Luckily I still got the spares so I got to fly it back again today. But then I noticed the video was waaay tilted to one side. I checked the gimbal in the drone itself, it IS tilted down to one side.
I've read about calibrating pitch & roll via the DJI Go 4 App. But it doesn't help with the alignment :( and weirdly, the roll adjustment doesn't seem to do anything.

Is there any way I can manually adjust the gimbal without opening up the drone? What's the correct positioning of the stuff in the gimbal area?

Would really appreciate your responses! :)

Sounds like the gyro in the camera may have come loose. If the app can't calibrate it, then it must be a hardware problem.

Thanks guys, I have a strong feeling too that it's a hardware issue. I hope there's some way I can adjust it manually without having opening up the screws.
