I have a SanDisk 16gb ultra and a 32gb Lexar 300x.... which is best? Or should I buy something different???? Has anyone saw something better with a faster card?

pop the 32gb in and you'll be fine, spark is shooting in 1080 so nothing super fancy (and $$) is needed, I have used the super cheap Microcenter micro sd cards without any issue..

I bought 2x32gb lexar 300x cards for $4 more than 1 sandisk..

No issues.
