HELP PLS! New Spark does not detect battery

OK, so I just unboxed my brand new Spark Fly more combo, and expected this thing to work, but no matter what I do, it does not detect the battery and it limits my flights to 30 and 50 meters respectivly.

(The battery says N/A in Dji go 4)

I tried an ealier version of the Dji Go app, and I tried to downgrade the software in the Spark with assistant 2. I tried to update it again, but no matter what I do, in Go app it says latest firmware and does not detect the battery.

I have had Phantom 1, 2, 3 and 4, and know my way around Dji go, but this problem baffles me.

Any ideas?

Is this Spark just defect?

Firstly, regarding the batteries. Have you charged them?
Secondly, regarding the maximum distance, have you switched off "beginner mode"?
Thirdly, have you read the manual?

Yes. All of the above.

I started with charging both batteries and the remote.
Its not in beginner mode, and it will not let me change maximum distance. (Both max distance and RTH height are 0 in the app)

Hmm strange...

Tried with my wifes iPhone, and now everything works.

It seems Dji go 4 and spark is incompatible with my Huawei P9 Lite :-(

Yes stick with an iPhone or iPad Mini 2,3 or 4 and you will not have issues.
