Help with DJI Assistant

how do you download flight data using the DJI Assistant? I’m using a Mac. I’ve downloaded it from the DJI site but when I connect the Spark to the Mac nothing happens.

So you do see the Spark coming up. Ok for reading the files, I believe you’re going to need a viewer app. Another member using a Mac may need to help you there.

I don’t think the app has that feature. It’s very limited.

Although there many free editors out there, i chose a paid program. I use CyberLink’s PowerDirector 14. I’ve had it since the number 4 version..lol long time. But the limited effects you get in a free program can’t compete with one you pay for. Click on the link. It is also available on amazon for less.
