Just bought my new magic 2 , I’m wandering if I should fcc it as could get more distance , but the concern is, will Is result in warranty failures or DJI care failure , I want fcc but don’t want to take too many risks. Can some folks give me some suggestions ? I’ve just flew my drone inside my home for 3 mins , as was trying to fly simulator but was informed that the simulator doesn’t support Magic’s controller that without screen . ****

Hello from the Hoosier Heartland Harry jin.

This is the Spark Pilots Forum.

If you have a Mavic 2, your question may be better answered at the Mavic Pilots Forum.

I don't know the answer myself, but somebody else here may have one as some own Mavics too.

Regardless, welcome to the Forum. ?

In many countries (I believe China is included), you must fly within visual line of sight (VLOS). So, forcing your drone to use FCC likely won't be beneficial.
