How to translate or map Flight records from Spark

SO i was able to connect Saprk on my iphone to my mac. using itunes I was able to download exported record as csv, but that only shows longitude, latitude and battery percent. If I down load DJI flight records directly off the phone it comes as a text file, but it's all jibberish, how to I map that text into a meaningful character string? I am trying to research why my drone unexpectedly decided to change altitude and crash. when I review in Go 4, it show no change when drone actually crashed. data just stopped.
