Instagram and Spark DJI Go setup

I was watching a YT video on Manual Camera Settings for the Spark and they used Instagram to check the white balance in the Go App. I logged into instagram and restarted the Go app but in the manual camera settings the "Gear Button" he showed does not show im my app.



Any Ideas on what I need to do.
