Maximum height reached?

Occasionally when I take off I get to about 20 feet in the air and I get the "Maximum height reached"
message.
I check settings, not in beginner mode, Max height set to 400 feet.
after a while aircraft ascends normally, why is this happening???

It needs to acquire enough satellites.

Right makes sense I took off with only 8 sats, and thinking about it yes if found the rest once I was in the air DOH!
