Since I have participated in the Care Refresh program with two Sparks, I have been made comfortable with DJI's refurbished products.
So my Mavic Air is the basic refurbished Alpine White.
It will be skinned eventually.
That with the FlyMore package.
I got a $174 credit turning in 2 iPhone 6 16Gb phones with the DJI Trade-up program and redeeming 5400 points in the DJI forums.
Brought the package down to $624.24 !!!

Mavic Air ORDERED!!!
After some weeks of testing what is your opinion? Is it worth to change from Spark to the air?
Absolutely!
However I must tell you all, you never know what you are going to get.
My Mavic Air went into the shop this past Tuesday - dots on the video during night shots.
And, a faint grid across the video.
Back story,
My first new Spark would not set a home point at all.
8 days in, it went into the shop covered by warranty.
Throughout the uses of DJI Care Refresh and Refresh +, I have returned new and refurb exchanges because the Sparks did not come back from DJI repair 100%
For the most part though, the refurbs were excellent.
So I went with a refurb Mavic Air Flymore package direct from DJI because of forum points gave me a $30 credit and I turned in two iPhone 6 with 16Gb storage for $140 in their Trade Up program.
When it arrived, one battery was DOA.
Then the night shot discovery.
So, refurb or new...it really doesn't matter.
But in the mean time, I captured these:
Opening sequence was 2,000ft away in a valley with 25mph winds.
