Newbee in newport richey

I have a dji spark I reside in newport richey fl, just wondering are there any good places to fly without being harrased.

I'm in NPR also right at Grand and Mass ave. I fly at my house and down the River, BUT I also have a Boat and fly out on the islands. The main thing is to be respectful of the local area, and ask if you know someone is in charge....but hard to find that person. Right near me are two school zones, you can possibly fly near the Rec Center, I haven't yet but may try.
