If rebooting the Spark doesn't work, you may have to contact DJI as it suggest.
The forward sensor would be the obstacle avoidance sensor.
I'm not sure what the air encoder error is.

If power cycling didn't fix it then would try resetting firmware back to factory settings with DJI Assistant 2 app on computer.
Unfortunately that looks like a hardware error which would mean a trip back to DJI.
