Problem with 360 pano

Hi friends,

I took 4 pics in 360 pano and only one downloaded on my phone, all 3 other begin to download and in the middle says download failed, tap to retry. I use the dji app last version and an note 20 ultra. I tried and on me s9 plus but still the same there. Has anyone to suggest a fix?

4 pictures, it has to be 46 for a sphere. Try to re-install go and format your sd card

A pano of 46 pics costs a lot of arithmetic capacity of your device. Put the dji app on a device/tablet with enough computational capacity and connect your drone (with sd card) on it to construct the pano via the dji app.

Put your sdcard in your Windows pc, and download Windows ICE, it's free, stitch all photo's to sphere or panorama

I found the problem.! I am using an Standish xtreme 32 gb and it was 20gb usage in the card. When I formated her everything worked fine.
