How long do your props last? Is it only excessive crashing that causes you to replace them or is there a "will wear out" factor to them??

The props can become damaged without a crash. Stuff gets kicked up during takeoff and landing. They can get bent or warped if stored in tight quarters.

Good practice to inspect them with eyes and fingers before each flight. But if no damage there is no reason to replace them.

DJI's "official" recommendation is to replace the props every 200 flights. I think that's a little extreme, but I am very diligent about inspecting the entire prop surface and hub before each flight. If there's any nick, bend, chip, etc. they get replaced. They're cheap enough.
