Radio arms loose?

Hey guys, I bought my daughter a Spark and it's about a week old and I've noticed the right extending arm on the radio which holds the phone in place is very loose- any instructions on how I might tighten this up?
(Radio has never been dropped - it seems to have loosened with the casual few times we've used it........my Mavic is a bit older and is still tight!)

I have the same thing with mine. One arm is solid, the other has about 3mm play. Its still solid enough for holding the phone. I mainly notice it when I fold the arms up. The right one drops a little lower.
