RC left stick not working

I will try the factory defaults, this that doesn't work I will return the rc for replacement, thank you all for taking the time to help me, really appreciate it!

With or without standard DJI assistant 2, it will just charge the RC. Maybe they had access to another version that allow that ?

Unless there's a secret key combination or something the Spark RC never appears visible in Assistant or even connects to a computer via USB. Would be interesting if you remembered anything "special" they might have done
Maybe once connected to WiFi there's a command that can be sent to enable USB... would be neat to find that.

I honestly dont know i watched him plug spark into pc and started working on it and i know it was mine because of the wifi id

Hi flyers... I returned the defective Combo to the suppliers last week, the RC was deemed DOA and was replaced with a Combo, all good, thanks again for the help [emoji106]
