Just curious about how long it takes to receive a replacement spark after dji has confirmed that the fly away was under warranty, and about the quality of refurbished units. Thanks

Once DJI received my unit it only took them 48 hours to determine they would not cover it under warranty. Another 48 hours to decline my appeal.
I bought a replacement Spark from DJI's refurb store. It was indistinguishable from a new unit.
That sux that they didn't cover it. But after looking at the flight record of mine, it was clearly a malfunction of the product. I filed the report on Monday and uploaded the record and by Wednesday they said that it was a malfunction and covered. Hopefully I will have my replacement this coming week.
