I am using an sd card sandisk extreme plus of 16gb on my Spark but I never used my 2 batteries yet with full recording.
Would the 16gb be enough for the 22-25mns of video?

According to Sandisk you can store 20 minutes of video on their 16GB card (see attached table). Each Spark battery lasts an average of 13 minutes. But you will only be recording during part of that flight time. So you should very rare spare card so you don't run out. You'll want a third battery eventually anyway ;)

I always carry two 64Gb Samsung Evo cards that only cost $18 on Amazon. They are U3 tasted so can handle video up to 4K:

Results will vary based on file size, resolution, compression, bit rate, content, host device, pre-loaded files and other factors.

The formula and table you referenced is a best case scenario using low resolution.

The table I referenced was specific to the recording format of the DJI Spark specs: FHD video 1920×1080 30fps MP4 (MPEG-4 AVC/H.264) 12 megapixel camera.

SD cards are cheap. $18 for 64GB.

I have found a video taken with my Spark , it's 191mb for 62 seconds, so it means about 4.7gb if we count 2 batteries as a total of 25 minutes.
No need for more than 16gb then.
I already had this SD that I used on my old X-T10, so instead of throwing it, it's perfectly working on the Spark.
it also has 60mb write speed so more than enough for the 24mb/s

Personally, I wouldn't want to store any more than 16Gb on a card.
I would rater use 8Gb but they are rare now.

Why?

Just in case the craft is lost.
16Gb is a lot of flight time.

I also try to remain in the practice of 1 flight 1 download.

I too started to download after every session and keep it organized.

When I first got my Spark, I must have had about 3 months of footage on the 64gb card and still had room left on the card.

That is one thing good about 1080p vs. 4K, less card space needed.

You sound paranoid.

In my experience with the Spark, 12 minutes of video are 2GB of data.

I almost always record from start to end of the battery.

Regards.
