Spark arm extension

Ok, Maybe too late in 2022 to talk about Spark modification: I know, I know.

I'm working to ABS 3d printed arm extension to increase Mavic Air propellers efficiency.
Now the props breathe better than the original at 40mm from original docking point.

Shape will be more accurate, next time.
Now is only 3gr each. Will be 2gr.

Spark is dead: long live the Spark.

New shape, less weight, slight modification.
Original screws for motor, 3mm (PC screws) for extension.

Finished job and testing.
The kit is available to anyone who asks me in PM.

Kit contains:
4 estension arms in ABS 3D printed.
13 self-threading screws.
4 Mavic Air propellers.
(no wires included)

Attention: to correct mount this kit, desoldering of the motor is required. You need a small three-pole extension cable and some skills.
Required skill is like replacing a motor.

Wow, that's some innovative 3D project you've got there. What limited 3D stuff I've done has always been with PLA and ABS seems to be more demanding, but provides more robust structures. Keep us posted on how the testing goes regarding weight and balance impact on handling characteristics. Nice work!
