Hello,
I received a Spark Charging Station yesterday and had an embarrassing little problem.
After charging two batteries, I could not remove the batteries from the charging station.
No amount of pushing or pulling would work. I contacted DJI online support. They suggested releasing the side latches like removing the battery from the spark – this did not help.
After watching a YouTube video and investigating a little I see that there are two latching tabs that hold the batteries securely in the power station. I depressed the tab with a pointed object. The battery was released.
After two or three insert/removals, the battery now releases without depressing the tab. I find no mention of how to release the batteries on the DJI site.
