Spark doesnt take off!!

Just gt my drone two days back n it doesnt auto take off frm e ground. The motor starts n doesnt fly off. It will rise like 5cm on e air n cut-off. I’ve calibrated both compass n imu as wat mention. But when i active palm launch. Its smooth. Batteries & spark all have latest firmware updates. Guess i’m missing out smth. Any help or advice welcome. Thanks

Once that happens. It has check imu error. But when i check e status. Everything shows normal n good.

Try calibrating the IMU anyway. Don't do it on carpet.

Did as per mention. But still doesnt takes off. Looks like i need to send it for repair to DJI?

Most likely... See if you can talk to Customer Support first.
