is it possible to do a factory reset on the Spark?

Can you change the name of the craft? I thought I saw the setting but now can't locate it

The firmware can be reset using the DJI Assistant 2 app.

Can you change the name of the craft?

When DJI GO is connected to your Spark, you'll see a "Device Name" option at the bottom of the "General Settings" section in DJI GO. You can change the name there.
