my videos and pics are now very low quality ever since this update we got on android is anyone else having this issue or a solution please let me know

The ones automatically recorded to the phone, or those on the SD card?
The ones on the phone are just a buffer, not really to be used.

No sd card. its a head scratcher though I view them on my tablet to and when I was recording a video my phone screen would show it live low quality and on my sd card would show the same

Yes any time you watch on the phone/tablet, and is streams it from the spark, it will be low quality in order to stream reliably. It is always better to use an SD adapter direct to your phone/tablet to get full quality.
Really wish DJI had a "full quality" transfer option.
