Hey guys and gals! Recently took a shot of a gnarly storm rolling thru the city and was messing around in post trying to really make the clouds pop. I succeeded in that, but at the very top of the photo you see that unsightly blue saturating through pretty violently. I use Lightroom CC in post and wonder how to drop some portions of the color in the photo without it dropping everything in that color. Blue, for this example. I'm just a rookie starting in the photography/drone world, so any constructive criticism is valued! THANK YOU! Happy Droning!

Wow, this really uploaded like **** when I added the file, looks like I took the picture on a potato, LOL!
 
Can't you either clone another part over it or use selective brush to just alter that part
 
I think it looks kind of like a post card. Great shot of the storm though!
