Excellent...no lights in the foreground. Did you adjust your EV to accomplish that, or is the photo taken in an undeveloped area?

Not sure how he did it....but, I use the app “touch retouch” to remove lights, etc after taking my photos

On the first photo, it is a pasture that goes over to a line of tree which go up to the skyline, which is why there are no lights.
Second photo, It is a developed area, I honestly do not know why there are no lights, when I took the pic I increased the shutter speed which may have eliminated a few lights, other than that I just did some basic editing with a little contrast which I think would have only made them stand out more, but even on the original pic there are not any noticeable lights.
