So last August some friends and I embarked on an epic journey and drove from the UK to Tännäs, Sweden in order to canoe the Swedish wilderness. This is a trip we do every 3 years... but on this occasion we all chipped in to buy a van and drive there.This was the reason I purchased the Spark.
Unfortunately I was getting a lot of compass errors and magnetic interference whilst flying out there and on one occasion, nearly lost the drone. In hindsight now, I should probably have re-calibrated the compass. But hey, these are the photos I managed to take whilst out there.
Just for info, the pano is looking out towards Bredasjön (Lake) which is pretty much on the Norwegian border. Lake Rogen is behind that and you can see it in the distance on picture 3. You can also see how unforgiving the terrain is. The lakes are also extremely dangerous when windy; you would not want to capsize when crossing either Rogen or Bredas. You would almost certainly perish due to the temperature of the water. Having said that, this was the year Sweden had country wide fire bans, luckily we arrived just before the bans were lifted, although we were slightly disappointed not to have 30c heat and nice cold lakes! Can't have it all!
