Last time I looked Turkey was in Europe..? CE land.

It depends, some say it is, some say it isn't, EE for example don't include it in roaming plans, they don't use the euro, but neither do we, and we get our passport stamped for Turkey and not for other points in Europe. Also we need visas, but like you said all depends on if DJI think it's so hahaha
