Unable to unlock zone - Incongruences between website and app

Hi everyone!

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to unlock zones with the site, because the area locked on the website does not coincide with the app version.

Red pinpoint is my location, and on the website it seems all clear, no locks or whatsoever.
