USB on end of batt chg hub?

Searched here, DJI and Google - no real answer. Have misplaced the docs that came with it.

Anybody know what this port is for? Is it an out or an in?

It is expected to be for firmware upgrade as it is on the Phantom charger hub (the one I know).
So don't connect something to it
