I just went to use Assistant 2 to check firmware and it gives me a warning message that usage is blocked for my protection. I cannot even download/install fresh version of Assistant. What is going on? Anyone know? I am running Windows 10 and previously this program worked with no issues.

Quick follow up. In atti do we continue to see accurate compass reading and other metrics (assume so)? I had a compass error recently and managed to get back via RTH, but how would one begin to fly back if you lose the compass for a protracted period of time? Gulp.

You don’t lose GPS or compass in sport mode. The guy in the video modified his controller and no longer has sport mode.he modified it to practice fling in Atti mode, which is what I was looking to do. Make sense?

Spot mode is WAY different than atti- you still have gps working for you. The only time I had a compass error I was so panicked I didn’t notice other elements I immediately hit RTH and got lucky that it still worked

I recently had a compass-error message that scared the hell out of me on my relatively new Spark. Never had an issue previously. I've been reading a lot about this on youtube and am curious - is there any way to force the spark into atti mode to practice this in preparation for a real emergency?

I am still rather new to the Spark. I am wondering, it seems that you have to have a battery in the Spark and turn it on to explore setting on the app and set them. If the Spark is not on, you either don't see the totality of options and/or can't save changes to options you elect. Is this...

I understand and have successfully traced a box and hit GO; what I don’t understand is how to make it follow me in front of me or off to the side- “profile” mode

I"ve read about these but don't see them in ActiveTrack. How do I get Spark to follow me in FRONT of me (flying backwards)? ONLY from the side? Thanks in advance!
