Brand new to Spark, only able to fly in Atti mode?

Either A) The GPS receiver in your Spark is bad or B) the Spark is not receiving GPS signals from the satellites. Are you indoors? Have you taken it outdoors in the clear (say to a park with no trees overhead), powered it up and let it sit there for a couple of minutes without taking off? See...

    Still worth it?

This is an old video (2017 - Tom's Tech Time) where Tom tests a Spark, and it gives you an example of how durable the SPARK is. I doubt any other drone would survive this well: They really are a sturdy little aircraft. I would hold on to it.

    OOPS. Battery Fail

Might be nice to figure out where the magnetic sensor is in the Spark. I know that if my Mavic Pro gets anywhere near any sort of metal, it messes up the magnetic compass. I've got lots of experience with JB Weld, and while it is absolutely the best, strongest epoxy, it has metal in it. This...

    Naughty Sparky

I like your premise. Consider adjusting the gimbal speed on your Spark to make your videos smoother, and turn ON Tripod mode. This video will show you how: --Jim

    Amazing spark mid air recovery

If no video, it didn't happen. :) I'm trying to figure out why anyone would turn the video recording OFF, ever! Esp. on a Spark that can only fly for 13-15 minutes anyway. You aren't likely to run out of SD card space unless you are using very tiny SD cards. And you can get a pack four 32GB...

Vancouver Island - A Hidden Gem

@adventurecampitelli : I gotta ask; how come no one is wearing a Covid mask where you were?

How to use the pano files please?

You are working way too hard. The Spark will stitch them all together for you, and it does a fine job. You must do this while the drone is in the air, right after the pano is taken. See this quick video:

    De-registering Spark

My Spark still has the previous owner's name in it as "JoeSpark" - not sure how to change the name. I'm afraid if I do change the name, I will have to add another drone to my paid AirData account under the new name. I'm already at my limit for number of drones registered at AirData.

    A dusting of snow

Did you have any issues with your batteries in the cold? I've heard of people having issues flying when it was really cold, both on their aircraft & their phone/pad. Thanks for posting!

    Circular Waypoint Missions with Litchi

This is outstanding work! I've always wished there would be a built-in function to Mission Hub to do a perfect circle.

**SOLD** For Sale - Spark Fly More Combo....minus Spark

So sorry to hear of your loss. I think your batteries and my Spark are meant to be together: What are you asking for the package?

Litchi bug ? Or misunderstanding of the drone ?

Questions: What drone (DJI? Which model?) was this? If you could please make this Litchi mission hub public (Un-check the Private box, then share the Link), we could have a look and see if there is anything strange in there.

    Some photos from today.

I have VLC. Do you use the Video->Take Snapshop feature? Looks like it saves the file as a .JPG at 2704x1520. Sound right? Do you know how it handles the video interlace? Or don't they use that anymore?

    Some photos from today.

Your Spark took those photos? I did not realize it was capable of such great photos! I gotta start carrying mine with me in the car more often... Are those processed (Photoshopped)?

    Litchi Mission Hub and VLM

That is fantastic subject matter! You might consider using a DJI Osmo Action or GoPro camera with image stabilization on the alley shots, esp. since they are fairly low to the ground. Then you don't have to worry about the drone crashing into the walls. You could also simply hold the drone in...
