Was away for the weekend, and plenty to reply.. so here goes: Previously was on .500 firmware, and did use manual landing & RTH to get more flying with 13 ~ 15min of flying. And all high attitude flying, I started my descent when the battery was in 30%, and managed to land the spark with 2min...

Oh yes... did press the RC's pause button & Go 4 pause button... but for the first time it didnt happen. Was very fortunate that my drone land safety without issue.

The live-feed is good, the drone is directly above me and the antenna is in good position, but for some reason yesterday flight I cannot cancel the RTH on demand.

Normally I used the RTH function to descent the drone faster (10kmph), and usually less than 100m i will pause/cancel the RTH so i can fine-tune the landing, especially when there is trees & obstacles around. However yesterday night, I cannot cancel while on RTH function. I was very lucky that...

I using Android smartphone with OTG and so far it work. Though there are few times I need to unplug and replug a few times before the OTG connection works.

****..... currently my spark is working fine with current update, and I'm bringing my spark for my bike tour from 31 aug to 3 sept.... I better pray the new update don't cause problem for me... otherwise my holiday video won't be that great!

After many flight trying all 3 sticks mode, I configure my custom which is same as your. And I would say it fly more naturally for me. So just remember to double-check your stick configure b4 you fly..... just in case

Playing safe first.... a fly-away drone or drop-from the sky drone = painful experience (& your wallet)... LOL

Just bought my Spark yesterday, and I hesitate to upgrade firmware mainly bcoz i aware of the issues, and the boss advice me not to update yet... but yeah I know the yaw movement is like crawling as you said....
