got it, tried wifi directly and yes i have the IFM button appear! but yeah no sport mode option. will try re-pairing to the remote and see if it kicks it back into life. very odd.

anyone? there must be a specific reason for the device not to work in sports mode and other enhanced modes? would it even really be app related if the sport mode issue occurs when you just use the remote and not even connect to the phone?

thanks . i had already reached out to DJI and they couldn't help at all. suggested "putting it auto mode" (which it already was) and then said about sending it in for repairs (?! surely it's a software issue?!)

So is there an updated build of this to bring it in line with the latest official 4.2.24 at time of writing. Maybe to support the Mavic air modes etc?

yeah, its just that 2.4ghz has better signal at range than 5ghz does. i notice that my display and suchlike gets pretty poor at a certain distance away. i'm needing to have clear video feed at that distance because i'm looking into different ways of doing FPV
