Best to upload the video to YouTube or Vimeo and then embed. The forum likely won't take any video as it would bog the server pretty quick if ton's of hosted video could be posted.

Once you upload to YouTube or Vimeo you just paste the video link in the dialog box that comes up when you click this button:
