Hi!
This is for you log-grinders out there..

First of all, nothing unusual drone behaviour in flight.

No warnings on screen about battery voltage. So I didnt notice until checking uploaded log at phantomhelp.
Usually I use Airdata, and viewing the log there shows nothing about battery voltage abnormality!

This is the log: ---> DJI Flight Log Viewer - PhantomHelp.com

  • Log show some abnormal battery voltage readings. Should I be worried?
  • Also, RTH was set at 30m successfully at startup. When RTH was initiated I was about 100m. RTH was performed at 100m altitude. Does this mean if you're above set RTH height, it will not decent to RTH height, but just return to home at current altitude?
Fly safe :-)

Hi Haggi,, battery voltage is quite strange, very intermittent. At time it shows correct voltage then runs away,, however battery percentage remains stable. I would ask DJI support about this!!. For Return To Home, quite correct, if you are above preset RTH altitude, then Spark will remain at this height and RTH, it will not descend to your preset altitude. And the opposite is also true, if below the preset altitude and you select RTH, then it will rise up to this altitude and RTH....

I made some changes to my log viewer yesterday that caused those values to be displayed incorrectly. This log contains the correct battery voltage data:

DJI Flight Log Viewer - PhantomHelp.com

The Spark never descends when RTH is initiated.

I'm really happy to read your reply!

First, no worries about the voltage reading... just some incorrectly displayed values. Solved!

Second, when RTH is initiated.. AC will never descend until at Homepoint. Explained!
