Anyone have information on what the cause of Yaw errors are?

After looking over a flight log where the spark went into ATTI mode for zero reason I see a lot of Yaw errors that seemed to kick of the reason it went into ATTI mode. I have no issue flying in ATTI mode. I would like to know what causes the spark to get Yaw errors. Any DJI fan boys know?
I really am starting to think this is one of the main reasons for fly aways!

Did the drone behave differently when the yaw errors occurred? After reading much speculation on the cause of fly-aways (other than blatant pilot error) I'm of the impression that not starting the flight from a flat(ish) surface causes the IMU to have a false sense of level. Once ATTI mode kicks in it thinks it's flying level, but in reality is flying away.

No control was normal I think I could hardly see it since the wind drifted it behind a large tree before I could get it up and back. The error only lasted about 10-15 seconds
