Are Spark batteries "intelligent"?

Are the Spark batteries made to be like the intelligent, smart Mavic batteries? Ex. Do they discharge themselves for storage, etc. etc. Do I have to manually discharge them to a certain percentage, etc. etc. I would like to know how to get my two Spark batteries ready for winter storage once my time for flying becomes limited, along with WELL below 14 degree F. weather arrives.

Yes, they are intelligent batteries which discharge to their storage battery level after 10 days of inactivity.
