What's on the other end of the USB cable? Any "high-rate" phone charger should do. To think, I've never charged Phoebe that way, but I used to do that with Sylvester. (Both Sparks)

On the the other side of the USB i tried dIfferent charger "high rate" or "low rate". I got the same result.

I think your battery has conked.

They cost around $50. Just google DJI Spark Battery.
