Need help. Hi everyone. This is my first drone and very daunting. I have read instructions back to front but can't get everything working. The only flight mode is normal. Can't palm launch either. Is this because I am in beginner mode?

UPDATE... got the palm launch working but still can't activetrack or anything. Thank you in advance.
All I can suggest is that you go to YouTube and watch every relevant tutorial video that you can find. I have learned so much about flying my Spark there. It was a big help that I had flown toy drones for a while prior to flying my Spark too. Good luck and fly safe.
Not enough info to be certain what is cause of your difficulty but I had similar trouble with first attempts at Active Track...
It was not obvious that red box must be drawn around subject before tracking was enabled. The may have been a pop up instruction the first time but then it disappears.
