CE to FCC Mode without App Modification (Android)

You mean the modded dji go4 app I guess. If so, yes I use that to set FCC. And at home, inside the house it works to set FCC, but out in the free it sometimes is impossible to do so. Only with alu-foil around the spark it works every time.

My experience is not that Autopilot always switches back to CE. As I wrote "If it stays green, then still in FCC. But if it changes to red for 8-10 seconds before green again, then it has reverted to CE." So there is an unsecurity here.

hm.. you guys need to think simple. for me to force FCC, i just turn on Airplane Mode + Fake GPS. Works every time.

But i notice Go 4 now force back to CE after some time, so need to do this every time. unless use Go 4 mod

After tons of tests, I found this solution to stay in FCC mode when flying with Autopilot:

1 Start with GO4 and let the Spark rise 1 meter from ground

2 Kill the app with the bird in the air

3 Start Autopilot and fly with FCC
4 Get back and let it stay in 1 meter height
5 Kill the app with the bird in the air
6 Open GO4 and land to let the FCC mode stay on the next time you fly

If you do not do the steps 5 and 6, it will go back to CE next time.

When you fly Autopilot in #3, and it is time to change battery, you just land and change, but leave the RC and AP-app on, the FCC will remain
