Charging spark

Hi I want to know is it safe to charge a spark with the battery bank that I have it says 5A 1A and 5V 2A

No prob. Just fyi...it will be SLOW. if you plan to charge from power banks often, consider getting one that is QC3 compliant. It will charge much faster.
