Some times when recording my computer says the video file is corrupt and instead of the folder having just .mp4 file it will also have a .avc1 and .trinf file.

Why?

Mine has done that as well, I formatted the SD card via the Go4 app and that seems to have fixed it.

Also, be sure that you are stopping the video recording BEFORE you turn the drone off to allow it to finalize.

DJI support gave that same answer.

You can try the fre file recovery software Pandora Free File Recovery Software. Free Data Recovery tool! . I encourage you to play with frewares prior to paying any money, cause some free recovery softwares can be more effective that their paid counterparts.
