Do you mean you can't copy files from CS sd card to your computer via the micro usb connector on the CS

I insert my SD card from the spark into slot 1 of the cs. Select file i want to copy to an 8 GB flash drive, select copy and paste. Transfer comes up momentarily and then vanishes. The flash drive is plugged into the USB port on the cs.
I have read similar articles about this and have contacted local dji store. I never heard back from them ?

Try having a full battery and using a USB to micro usb lead, plug it directly into the computer. Turn on before you plug it in. Two drives should appear. You are looking for the usual folder camera names.
