Tried to activate my refresh and been informed I'm outside the 48h window. It took me 2 days to work out how to link remotes phones etc.

I'm 5 days into ownership and still not flown the drone. I'm tempted to take back to the shop and say , not fit for purpose give me my £576 back please.
 
Don't give up....I'm just about to go through the same initial process as my Spark should be here in a few days.

If you go to the dji site (dji.com) I think that you will find instruction on how you can apply for Dji refresh if your drone is past the 48 hour period they have a video that explains how you must take a video of you drone with the serial number and show that the drone and the gimbal are working and send that to them

If you call customer service and explain the situation, and offer to let them look at your flight records (and see there aren't any), they may give you an extension to buy refresh...They did for me, although I'm in the US. Good luck!
