Is this transferable? I just purchased a Spark off someone and he had purchased DJI Carerefresh for it when he bought it. He emailed me all the details he received when he purchased. Would I be able to use it if necessary?

100% absolutely. If you have all the information as it relates to the Spark's serial number and all paperwork matches up, you're good to go.
